Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using the Datvil application ("App") you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Datvil. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory purpose
  • Create fake profiles or impersonate another person
  • Upload content that is illegal, offensive, sexually explicit, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or other data-collection methods
  • Solicit money, goods, or services from other users

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Datvil. By posting content, you grant Datvil a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You may delete your content at any time, after which this license ends within a reasonable period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Datvil does not guarantee compatibility between users, continuous or error-free operation, or any specific outcome from using the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Datvil and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages from interactions with other users.

Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting datvilapp@gmail.com. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Safety Guidelines

Your safety is important. When using Datvil:

  • Never share financial information, passwords, or sensitive personal data with other users
  • Meet in public places for first dates and let someone you trust know your plans
  • Report suspicious or abusive behaviour immediately using in-app tools or by emailing us
  • If you feel unsafe, contact local law enforcement immediately

Datvil does not conduct background checks on users. You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when interacting with other users both online and offline.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
