›Why Zcash and not PayPal?
Zcash lets us receive donations globally without payment processor fees (which can be 3-5%) and without requiring either party to share personal financial information. It's fast, low-fee, and private.
You can get ZEC on most major exchanges: Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini. A wallet like Zashi (iOS/Android) takes 5 minutes to set up.

Usually under an hour. Our system checks the blockchain every hour and activates your subscription automatically. You'll receive a confirmation email.
What if I send the wrong txid?+
Email us at hello@datvil.com with your correct txid and email address. We'll sort it out manually.
Is there a minimum amount?+
No minimum. Any donation — even a small one — helps and earns founding member status.
When does the app launch?+
Datvil launches city-by-city. Nashville is first. Founding donors get priority access and guaranteed top position at launch.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. Premium subscription benefits are provided as a gesture of gratitude and may be modified at Datvil's discretion. Datvil is not a registered non-profit; donations are not tax-deductible.
